All In One Calc (“the Service”) is operated by the people named on our Contact page (“we”, “us”). These terms form an agreement between us and you, the account holder. By creating an account or using the Service you accept them. If you use the Service on behalf of a firm, you confirm you are authorised to accept them for that firm.
The Service is software for financial advisors. You use it to build plans for your own clients. It is not intended for, and is not offered to, members of the public seeking financial advice for themselves.
We provide calculations and a report format. The advice in a plan is yours: you choose the inputs, you review the output, and you are the one advising your client. We are not a party to that relationship.
We do not provide financial, investment, insurance, tax or legal advice, and we do not recommend specific investment or insurance products. We are not a registered investment adviser, an insurance intermediary or a distributor of any financial product. You remain solely responsible for the suitability, accuracy and regulatory compliance of any plan you produce and for any advice you give in reliance on it, including for holding whatever licence or registration your own activity requires.
Your account is personal to you and must not be shared. You are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your authorisation.
While your account is in good standing we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own professional practice, subject to these terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
A free account can build any number of plans, read every one in full on screen, and download a limited number of plan versions each month as PDFs. Those PDFs carry placeholder advisor details and the All In One Calc watermark. A Pro subscription adds unlimited exports and PDFs that carry your own name, contact details, photo and logo.
Pro is billed in advance for the period you choose, and you can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Our refund policy sets out what happens when you cancel and when we refund, and forms part of these terms. Prices may change; a change takes effect at your next renewal and never within a period you have already paid for.
You agree not to: resell, sublicense or provide the Service to anyone outside your own practice without our written agreement; attempt to reach accounts, data or systems that are not yours; probe, scan or interfere with the Service, or circumvent any limit or access control in it; copy, scrape or reverse-engineer any part of it except where the law says you may; enter anything unlawful or any material you have no right to use; or use the Service in a way that damages it or its availability for others.
We own the Service — the software, the calculations, the report design and everything we put into it — together with all intellectual property rights in it. You own the client information you enter and the plans you produce from it. You grant us only the permission we need to host, process and display that information in order to run the Service for you. Nothing here transfers ownership of your data to us.
You decide what to enter about your clients, and you are responsible for having the right to enter it — including for any consent your own obligations require. We handle that information as described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
We work to keep the Service running and your plans safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and so far as the law allows we exclude all warranties, conditions and terms not set out here — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. Keep your own copies of anything you need to rely on.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, business, goodwill or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss, however arising. We are not liable for any loss arising from advice you give, from a decision you or your client take using a plan, or from a regulatory consequence of your own activity.
Subject to the same, our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you actually paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
You will indemnify us against claims brought by others, and the reasonable costs of defending them, arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms, from your advice to a client, or from information you entered that you had no right to enter. We will tell you promptly about any such claim, and will not settle it without your agreement.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account, with notice where practicable, if these terms are breached, if payment is not made, or if we reasonably believe continued use is unlawful or is damaging the Service. Where we end an account without cause we will refund the unused part of any period you have paid for. The clauses that by their nature should outlast this agreement — those on ownership, liability, indemnity and governing law — do outlast it.
We may change these terms or the Service. If we change these terms we will update this page, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept them as updated. If a change materially reduces what a paid subscription provides, you may cancel and we will refund the unused part of the period you have paid for.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Lucknow have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
