All In One Calc is operated by the people named on our Contact page, who decide how and why the information described below is handled and are responsible for it. This policy covers the website and the application; it does not cover anything your own practice does with a plan after you have downloaded it.
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to identify your account and to put your details on the reports you generate.
For the plans you build, we store the financial figures you enter — income, expenses, assets, liabilities, goals and family structure. That is names, ages and numbers.
We also keep a record of your subscription and payments, and a log of significant events in your account — sign-ins, plans created, payments applied — which we use to run the service and to investigate faults.
We ask only for what the calculations need, which is figures and categories. Assets are recorded by category, insurance by cover amount, and the estate questions are yes or no — so a plan never carries your client’s PAN, Aadhaar, address, phone number, email or bank details, or the name of any fund, scheme, insurer or broker. What we hold are their numbers, not the means to identify or reach them.
Payments are handled by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card details; we keep a record of which plan you bought and when, so we know what your account is entitled to.
Your information is used to run the service: to build your plans, generate your reports, take payment, keep your account working, and secure it against misuse. We do not sell it, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train anything.
We set a single essential cookie, which keeps you signed in. It carries no advertising or tracking function, and there is no third-party analytics or advertising cookie on this site. If you follow a referral link we also store the referral code briefly, so it can be applied when you sign up.
Two service providers process information on our behalf, and only to provide the service: Google, whose Firebase Authentication signs you in, and Razorpay, which takes payment. Beyond those, information is held on servers we operate. We do not share your information, or your clients’, with anyone else except where the law requires it.
Our servers are located outside India, and your information — including the plans you build — is stored and processed there. It is encrypted in transit, access is controlled, and a plan remains readable only from the account that created it wherever it is held. Where our providers operate across borders, they do so under their own terms.
Your plans stay in your account until you delete them. Account and payment records are kept while your account exists and afterwards only as long as needed for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Event logs are kept for up to a year and then removed automatically.
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase your account and everything in it. You can withdraw consent to our handling of your information by closing your account. Write to us and we will act on it; you can also raise a complaint with us, and we would rather hear it directly first.
Access is protected by your Google sign-in, traffic to the site is encrypted, and a plan is readable only from the account that created it. No service can promise perfect security, so please keep your own sign-in secure and tell us promptly if you think it has been misused.
The service is for financial advisors and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If we change this policy we will update this page. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
